| 2004-03-03/10:31 a.m. The meeting with my advisor went well. Actually, I met with my advisor, my chemistry teacher and my lab teacher. Generally yesterday was a productive day. I did drop my chemistry class. I talked to my chemistry professor and he told me that if I still wanted to go into class I was more than welcome, to just get a base and what not. Am still a major, but wonder if this is a sign. Maybe my inability to do this stuff is showing me that there is something else out there for me. I don't know. In other news I leave for Chicago in about 7 hours. I can't wait. This should be a really fun trip. Dr. Reynolds just have us a couple of regulations, no getting drunk (but we can drink), no staying out all night. That's all, there's no time when we have to be in our rooms, no regulation on what we do on our free time. I mean I could very well go to a strip club and pay men to dance around in very little clothing. ;) That's just not my thing though. I don't think there's very much more for me to say, and I should be getting ready to go to math class, and after that CORE! and then followed by some frantic packing for this trip. It should be fun. If you guys want to talk to me while I'm in Chi-town just give my cellie a call. I'll have it with me. Just don't interrupt Joe phone time ;) Laters ~Kates Chicago, Chicago that toddling town Chicago, Chicago I'll show you around - I love it Bet your bottom dollar you'll lose the blues in Chicago The town that Billy's Sunday could not shut down On State Street that great street I just want to say They do things that they don't do on Broadway - say They have the time the time of their life I say a man and he danced with his wife In Chicago, my home town -Chicago Frank Sinatra
