| 2003-08-04/1:48 a.m. On this the day of my party I found out: People like to give me money, that I have the best friends imaginable, and that's it pretty damn scary to have to rescue someone. So I realize that this is an odd combination of things to have learned in one day. But seeing as it was my graduation party I got money from people as gifts, which is highly appreciated. I love money and I love gifts even more. I got some excellent gifts and I can't wait to express my thanks properly. I truly appreciated what Kristen gave me. That was the most touching gift I think I have recieved. It's a book of kids' poetry and pictures, but it's not just that it's a book, but it's what it means to her. It's a book that her family and friends have passed down to people who are going on to a new phase of life or is going through a difficult time and I felt truly touched to know that she thought of me that way. It was really touching thing. My friends always know what to say to me whatever the situation is. When I'm happy they always do their absolute best to keep me up. When I'm upset they know that mostly the best thing to do is just to let me be and when I'm ready to talk I will. I got some of the absolute best notes from everyone in cards today at my party and I love them all the more for them. They are the best, most understanding, and most accepting people I know. They readily accept people who I've known forever into the group and it's quite nice to know that my groups can mix. And the rescue situation will have to be explained at a later date, maybe one day when it is more easily explained without people getting hurt.
